Learn how to connect and export data from your Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) accounts with SyncRange.
Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) provides data about your search and audience campaigns. By connecting your Bing Ads accounts through your Microsoft account, you can export this data to Google Sheets or BigQuery for analysis, reporting, and optimization—using the same export structure as our Google Ads integration.
Before you can configure Bing Ads exports, make sure you have:
To export data from Bing Ads, you first need to select which advertising accounts to connect. From your Connections or the export builder, choose Bing Ads and your Microsoft account, then add the Bing Ads accounts you want to use. You can add multiple accounts and create separate exports for each.
Once your Bing Ads accounts are connected, you can create exports that send data to Google Sheets or BigQuery:
For detailed instructions on creating exporters, see our Creating Data Exporters guide.
When configuring a Bing Ads export, you can customize what data is exported:
Configure the fundamental settings for your export:
Bing Ads exports are organized by report type, similar to Google Ads. Available report types include:
For each report type, you can select dimensions (e.g. Date, Campaign Name, Keyword) and metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, Spend, CTR, Conversions, and Revenue. You can choose to append new data or replace existing data for each report tab.
Bing Ads exports use the same shared destinations as other SyncRange exporters:
You can export to Sheets only, BigQuery only, or both for the same Bing Ads export.
If your Bing Ads account does not appear: verify you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that has access to the account in Microsoft Advertising, and that the account is active.
If exports show no data: check that campaigns were active in the selected date range, that you selected at least one metric per report type, and that the account has impressions or clicks in that period.
