Learn how to modify your existing SyncRange exporters to keep them up-to-date with your changing needs.
As your data needs evolve, you may need to update your existing exporters. This guide explains how to modify various aspects of your exporters, including their configuration, schedule, and status.
To update an existing exporter:
The exporter details page with edit options
From the exporter details page, you can update basic information:
Changing the exporter name updates how it appears in SyncRange. Existing sheet tabs and BigQuery tables keep their current names. New tabs created after the rename use the new name as a prefix.
Rename is available across supported exporters, including Shopify, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller, Etsy, Faire, Seal, ShipStation, BigCommerce, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Business Profile, Bing Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Stripe, and Data Blends.
You can modify what data is included in your export at any time:
Changing the configuration will affect future exports but won't modify data that has already been exported to your Google Sheet.
To change when your export runs:
For more detailed information about scheduling options, see our Setting Export Schedules guide.
You can run an export at any time, regardless of its schedule:
Manual runs are useful for testing configuration changes or getting updated data outside the regular schedule.
If you no longer need an exporter, you can delete it:
Deleting an exporter is permanent and cannot be undone. However, any data already exported to your Google Sheet will remain.
