A per-tab list of every column SyncRange can export from Etsy, with a short description of what each one contains. Use this page when picking columns in the export builder, or when you need to know exactly what a value represents in BigQuery or Google Sheets.
Each tab below notes whether it uses the export date range or always exports a full current snapshot (date range does not apply).

One row per shop listing. Full export each run: always current listing data; the date range does not apply.

| Description | Full description text. |
| Price | Unit or listing price in the row currency. |
| Currency | ISO 4217 currency code (e.g. USD). |
| Quantity | Available or ordered quantity. |
| State | Listing state (e.g. active, draft, expired, sold_out). |
| URL | Public storefront URL for the listing. |
| Tags | Comma-separated listing tags. |
| Materials | Comma-separated materials listed on the item. |
| Shipping Profile ID | ID of the shipping profile applied to the listing. |
| Shop Section ID | ID of the shop section containing the listing. |
| Featured Rank | Featured ranking position in the shop (when set). |
| Is Customizable | Whether the listing accepts customization requests. |
| Is Personalizable | Whether personalization is offered on the listing. |
| Is Digital | Whether the item is a digital download. |
| Has Variations | Whether the listing has variations (size, color, etc.). |
| Auto Renew | Whether the listing is set to auto-renew. |
| Language | Listing language code. |
| Views | Lifetime of times the listing has been viewed. |
| Created Date | When the listing was created. |
| Last Modified Date | When the listing was last modified. |
| Date Exported | Timestamp this row was written by SyncRange (your account timezone). |
One row per order receipt. Date range: filtered by order created date (default) or order updated date, depending on the order filter you select.

| Payment Method | How the order was paid. |
| Currency | ISO 4217 currency code (e.g. USD). |
| Subtotal | Order subtotal before shipping and tax. |
| Total Shipping Cost | Total shipping charged on the receipt. |
| Total Tax | Total tax charged on the receipt. |
| Total VAT | Total VAT charged on the receipt. |
| Discount Amount | Discount amount applied to the receipt. |
| Total Price | Grand total charged to the buyer. |
| Is Paid | Whether the receipt is marked paid. |
| Is Shipped | Whether the receipt is marked shipped. |
| Gift Message | Gift message on the order, if any. |
| Gift Wrap Price | Gift wrap charge, if any. |
| Ship To Name | Ship-to recipient name. |
| Ship Address Line 1 | Ship-to address line 1. |
