Connecting Your BigCommerce Store

Overview

SyncRange connects through the BigCommerce App Marketplace (single-click OAuth). Install the app from your BigCommerce control panel. SyncRange stores the store access token encrypted.

Prerequisites

• A BigCommerce store with permission to install apps
• A SyncRange account (you can create one during install)
• At least one destination configured — Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel

Install from BigCommerce

1. In BigCommerce, open Apps → App Marketplace and search for SyncRange.
2. Click Install and approve the read-only scopes SyncRange requests.
3. In the SyncRange control panel iframe, click Create SyncRange account or Sign in if you already have one.
4. Open the SyncRange dashboard and create an export to Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel.

You can also open Connections → Add connection → BigCommerce in SyncRange for install steps and a link to the marketplace.

What is stored

SyncRange stores your encrypted access token, store hash, and basic store metadata (name, domain, currency, timezone). Credentials are used only to fetch data when an export runs.

Managing the connection

• View connected stores from the Connections page.
• If the connection needs to be refreshed, reinstall SyncRange from the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
• Disconnecting removes the SyncRange link and associated exports. Uninstalling from BigCommerce revokes the store token.
