Connecting Klaviyo

Connect Klaviyo so SyncRange can export profiles, lists, segments, campaigns, flows, events, catalogs, and more to Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel.

Overview

SyncRange connects to Klaviyo with OAuth. You click Connect with Klaviyo, approve access in Klaviyo, and SyncRange stores encrypted access and refresh tokens. This is the method required for Klaviyo App Marketplace installs.

SyncRange is read-only for Klaviyo. It does not send campaigns, update profiles, or change account settings.

Installation warning on Klaviyo

Until SyncRange is listed in the Klaviyo App Marketplace, Klaviyo may show a warning that the app has not been reviewed yet. That is expected. You can still install and use the connection. Marketplace approval removes the warning.

How SyncRange secures your data

Prerequisites

A Klaviyo account with permission to authorize apps
At least one destination configured — Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Microsoft Excel

Connection steps

Open Apps (Connections) in SyncRange.
Click Connect Klaviyo.
Choose Connect with Klaviyo.
Sign in to Klaviyo if needed and approve the requested read permissions.
You are redirected back to SyncRange with the account connected.

What is stored

SyncRange stores your account label and encrypted OAuth tokens. Tokens are used only to call Klaviyo when an export, report sync, or MCP tool runs.

Managing the connection

Open the account from Apps to view related exports.
Reconnect if Klaviyo access expires.
Disconnecting removes the Klaviyo account and associated exports from SyncRange.
