Create a Data Blend
Walk through the four-step blend builder to combine your connected sources into one destination.
Prerequisites
- At least one connected data source (ads, analytics, or ecommerce)
- A Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel destination already set up in SyncRange
- Room under your plan’s exporter limit (each blend counts as one exporter)
Step 1: Setup
Open Data Blends from your team dashboard and click New Data Blend.
On the first step you configure:
- Name — a label for this blend (unique within your team)
- Destination — Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel (required)
- Date range — which days of data to pull on each run (max 90 days). See Blend settings.
- Schedule — how often the blend runs (same options as exporters: daily, weekly, monthly, one-time, or never)
Step 2: Sources
Select the platform accounts to include. Sources are grouped by category:
- Ecommerce — Shopify, Etsy, Amazon Seller
- Ads — Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing Ads
- Marketing — GA4, Google Search Console
For platforms with multiple ad accounts or properties (for example Google Ads or GA4), pick the specific account or property you want in the blend.
You can mix any combination of sources. Only sources you select here can be used on tabs in the next step.
Step 3: Tabs
Choose how data is written to the destination. You can use:
- Templates — pre-built tabs (Cross-Channel Ads, Ecommerce Overview, and more) that auto-include matching sources
- Custom tabs — pick sources and columns yourself
Per tab you can set the tab name, append vs replace, and Combine by date. Details are in Tabs and templates and Blend settings.
Step 4: Review and activate
Confirm the name, destination, sources, tabs, date range, and schedule. Click Activate blend to create it and attach the schedule.
After activation you can run the blend immediately from the blend detail page, or wait for the schedule.
What happens on each run
- SyncRange resolves the date range from your preset (or custom dates).
- For each active tab, it fetches daily data from that tab’s sources.
- Missing days are filled with zeros so every source has a row for each day in range.
- If Combine by date is on, sources for the same day are merged into one row.
- Derived metrics (CPC, ROAS, and so on) are calculated.
- Rows are written to the destination tab (replace or append).
