Blend settings

Options that control how much data is pulled, how rows are shaped, and how often the blend runs.

Date range

Set on the blend (step 1 of the builder, or when editing). Each run pulls data for this window, up to 90 days.

  • Today / Yesterday — single day
  • Last 7 / 14 / 28 / 30 / 90 days — rolling windows ending today
  • This week / Last week — calendar week
  • This month / Last month / This quarter — calendar periods (still capped at 90 days)
  • Custom range — pick From and To dates (max 90 days)

For every day in the range, each source gets a row even if there was no activity (metrics are zero). That keeps charts and joins continuous.

Combine by date

Per-tab option (default off).

Off (default)

One row per source per day. Source column shows a single platform name.

On

All sources for the same date are merged into one row.

  • Source, Account Name, and similar text fields are joined comma-separated (duplicates removed)
  • Additive metrics (spend, clicks, revenue, sessions, and so on) are summed
  • Computed metrics (CPC, ROAS, etc.) are recalculated after the merge

Use combine when you want a single daily total across platforms. Leave it off when you need to compare sources side by side.

Append data

Per-tab option (default off).

  • Off (replace) — each run overwrites the tab with the current date range. If a run has no rows, the tab is cleared to headers only so stale data is not left behind.
  • On (append) — new rows are added below existing data. Empty runs do not remove previous rows.

Schedule

Configured when you create the blend (same schedule model as exporters). Options include hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, one-time, or never (manual only).

To change frequency or run time after creation, use Edit Schedule on the blend detail page. See also Set an export schedule.

Blend active

On the edit screen, Blend active controls whether scheduled or manual runs are allowed. If the blend is inactive, exports stop with a clear “Blend is inactive” message.

You can also pause individual sources or tabs without deleting them. Inactive sources are skipped; inactive tabs are not written.

Destination

You can change the destination (Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel) when editing a blend. Only one destination type is active at a time.
