Configuring Klaviyo Exports

Choose which Klaviyo data to export, which columns to include, how dates work, and where rows go.

Before you start

  • A connected Klaviyo account
  • A destination: Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Microsoft Excel

Create an export

  1. Open Exports and start a new export.
  2. Select your Klaviyo account as the source and pick a destination.
  3. On the configure screen, choose tabs (resource types) such as Profiles, Events, or Email Campaigns.
  4. Pick columns for each tab. Defaults cover the most useful fields; you can add more.
  5. Choose a date range preset. Date filtering applies to tabs that support it (for example Profiles and Events).
  6. Optionally enable append so new runs add rows instead of replacing the sheet or table.
  7. Save the export, then run it or add a schedule.

Date ranges

Presets like Last 7 days or Last 30 days control how far back SyncRange looks for date-filtered tabs. Full-list tabs (Lists, Flows, Metrics, and similar) export the full current catalog each run unless you use append carefully.

Since last export uses the previous successful run as the start cursor for date-filtered tabs.

Destinations

The same export can write to Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Excel using SyncRange’s standard destination pipeline. Tab names become sheet / worksheet / table names.
